​Yoga has been proven to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. In this workshop you will learn the effects of stress and anxiety on the nervous system and how to counteract the through the use of yoga.


​You will learn physical practice, breathwork, and meditation techniques that will help you calm the nervous system to help find a place of relaxation. Whether you suffer from an anxiety disorder or have high levels of stress from work, school, or life, this workshop will benefit you.


​Workshop will include a physical practice and meditation so wear comfortable clothes and bring layers. A journal and pen is also encouraged.
