Life can be hard. Things can happen at different points in life that lead to increased stress and difficulty managing day to day activities and relationships. I offer the support necessary to gain insight into chronic destructive behaviors and habits. Through this work, individuals discover healthier ways to take care of themselves and reduce stress in their lives.

I hold space for individuals to explore the impact that anxiety and/or depression has had on their lives and to teach them new ways of seeing themselves and the world. Through the use of insight, I incorporate cognitive and dialectical behavioral techniques, including mindfulness, to navigate anxiety and depression and heal from them.
Loss can be devastating, leaving its victims feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. I offer compassion and love as a way to navigate the dark time. I believe through the exploration of pain people can find acceptance and even joy. With me, individuals travel through their journey with the assurance that they are not alone.
Survivors of trauma require deep healing. By creating a safe place formed from deep trust, survivors are able to tell their story and have it heard with non-judgement and compassion. Exploration of deep wounds happens with grace and ease and in the survivor's own time. This allows rebuilding of the narrative from a place of strength, softness, and choice.
